Quality Control:
At Digital Log Solutions Co., we prioritize uncompromising quality in our work. To ensure this, each project undergoes three levels of rigorous Quality Control (QC) before reaching the client.
In Level 1 QC, a Junior Operator verifies that the converted file matches the original accurately.
Moving to Level 2 QC, the Project Manager conducts a thorough review by plotting the output file version against the original to identify any discrepancies. Errors and omissions are meticulously noted, and the Project Manager collaborates with the Junior Operator to rectify all identified issues.
Finally, in Level 3 QC, the Senior Operator and consultants from our company meticulously review the corrected document to guarantee 100% accuracy.
